When we have inspected floors cleaned by other companies, namely carpet cleaning companies. We have found that these use a cheap topical coating as its sole stain protection. A coating that will wear down with foot traffic and with some stronger cleaning products, allowing dirt, water and stains back into the tile body. It takes us literally seconds to remove these products when cleaning.

So what do we do different?

Once we have stripped out as much dirt and staining as physically possible, we use a unique sealer that has a lifespan of up to 15 years. With numerous passes to ensure the tile is fully sealed and protected, the extra small molecules of the sealer penetrate deep into the tile body. Then for extra protection and easier cleaning we use one of our unique coatings in any of the following finishes: satin, high gloss and wet look. All of these finishes improve the look of the tiles.

Naturally any finish coating will wear down at different rates dependant on traffic, but we are confident that our coating last longer than others. Additionally we are happy to provide a routine cleaning and renew service to keep your floor is the very best of condition.
