This floor had a multitude of contaminants ingrained into the tiles. Everything from floor paint, to varnish and trapped dirt. Household cleaning would never had touched these. Then there was the mess the carpet fitters had made, not only did they drill the carpet grippers down but also lathered the grippers with Evostik adhesive which was drawn deep into the porous tile body. Unfortunately not all of those stains could be removed.
